Beatrice "Bea" Isabel Dunaway
VIEW
Bea isn't really a believer, but nor is she a skeptic fully. She is definitely somewhere in between where who's to say spirits, energy, and aliens don't exist? However, it also doesn't hurt to have evidence and further research and look into things before making a judgment on it.

BeautyWho needs muscle when you have charm and brains? That isn't to say Bea relies on her looks to get things done. But match it with some wit can go a long way.

Who doesn’t love social royalty, the glamor, the dazzle, the attitude? It's hard for a beauty not to stand out. Unfortunately that's not always a good thing. Hostile parties are drawn to beauties over other classes, and their eye-catching nature is liable to get them attacked first when the option is available. There’s little to be done about this, but beauties can flip this to their advantage by keeping the attention of a target away from others as long as the killer is engaged.Once a killer is attacked by another party in combat, or if the killer loses any sign of the beauty for 3 rounds then the killer may disengage.

The hard-headed and mischievous phase Bea's parent's hoped she'd grow out of, unfortunately for them, stayed with Bea as she grew older. Despite her childish mischief habits and stubbornness that'll make you want to pull your hair, Bea has grown up to be a hard-working young woman.
When things need to be done, no one is better for the job than Bea. Not only willing to lend a hand when needed, you know you can always count on her whether it's to get the groceries, feed your pets while you're away, or arrive at a party with the drinks you forgot. She's also not afraid to take the reigns when things get hairy. Bea often takes charge of things, especially when it comes to talking to new people and getting to know someone. She doesn't shy away from having to be the one to make plans with friends and family or making friends with all kinds of people. Though perhaps some of it may have to do with her pride. Making her ask for help a difficult task.
Bea's persistent attitude has helped her in many ways over the years. It may not always convince people, but seeing the raw determination she has in her certainly can sway the mind. Sometimes you can't help admiring all the work she puts into the things she loves and the effort she puts in to prove herself. Admittedly, it can be hard still to prove to herself her own capabilities as Bea tends to at times rely a little heavily on her friends and family for that support and comfort.

In the quiet town of San Marcos, Texas, Bea was born. Her father, James Walker, worked at Bessie Moo's Burgers as a line cook and her mother, Maria Ramos, was a waitress; hailing from Coahuila, Mexico before coming to San Marcos, Texas. Her parents married young and faced many financial difficulties after she was born. In order to support their family, her father became a trucker. Adding to the strain on his marriage, their problems seemed to grow. It wasn't until one day when he was able to come home, that he found Bea all alone and his wife evidently leaving him with Bea to raise on his own.Bea doesn't remember much of that time as she was only a toddler when her mother left them. After that, her father tried to juggle raising her and being on the road, having decided to take Bea with him. Too proud to let someone else raise her. This decision proved to be much more difficult than he thought. Eventually, Bea's dad gave in and the next time he was able to, he sought out help from his best friend, Robert Dunaway. A Kinship guardianship was drawn up between Bea's dad and the Dunaway family, with difficulty. Deciding that the most sensible course of action was to have Bea be raised and live with them while her dad was on the road. That way she had a stable home and parent figures, including a mother, for her. From that day forward, Bea became an honorary Dunaway. Growing up in a nuclear family with two brothers and both parents. She flourished in this changed environment. Becoming much more extroverted than before. She became even closer friends with Dave, now his sister, and was treated like one of their own without question. For a while, Bea had no questions or queries and continued to be the adventurous little girl she was. When Bea reached her teenage years she began noticing more of the treatment she got from her adopted father as well as some others in their little town. In addition to being the baby of the family and being treated as such, Bea didn't have the same expectations as her older brothers and started to take more notice of the things her father would say about other people of color as well as how he would treat his three children. Pitting her brothers against one another while she herself was left out because she was a girl. And she could see how both her brothers acted as well outside of the home, RJ especially. If home conflict wasn't enough, in school or outside her home she experienced casual racism. Even if she was one of the quote "popular girls". Now able to acknowledge the way she was treated by others and how her brothers were treated, what her dad would say, and how her brothers would act at times, Bea found her voice quickly; chastising her brothers and her father and just about anyone who was a little too daring with their words or actions towards her. However, Bea's harsh chastising quickly evolved into more of a peacekeeper, even outside her family. While working with many people in their grocery store and dealing with the occasional difficult customer, Bea honed her silver tongue. As well as her leadership skills. Knowing when to be firm and taking charge when others seemed to struggle. She would still chastise Robert on occasion but managed to take control if it seemed to begin to escalate. Especially when it was between Dave and their father or with Dave. It was knowing when to curve the conversation and when his hot-headed personality began to show. Her way of looking out for him. After Dave left for the military suddenly and out of nowhere, Bea felt a tad bit lost. She had her mother, but it was Dave with whom she was the closest with and because she couldn't look after him, she felt a bit lost and unsure of what to do. In order to distract herself Bea tried to put her focus on something else. Finding new hobbies to keep her mind busy until Dave came back. Surprisingly this worked in her favor. Bea had always liked cooking. However, when she had actually put more focus into it, she came to a realization of how much she truly loved cooking and loved the restaurant scene. Maybe she could take over RJ's place in the truck or maybe Dave's in the grocery store while he was away for a bit. Just to dip her foot into the business and try. Perhaps when they open a restaurant like they were planning, she could be the one to take it over. When she realized this was what she wanted to do with her life, Bea put all her focus into trying to achieve this new dream of hers and prove to Robert her capabilities as more than just an employee at the grocery store. However, this didn't seem to correlate with what her adoptive father wanted. Her older brother was taking over the business. Because she wasn't a man or of blood or even the eldest, her father wouldn't so much as even humor this idea of hers. So she was stuck with the same job she's always had in the grocery store. Cause some friction between the two. This did not sway her decision or determination, however. Every chance she got she took to try to convince their father or try and prove that she was the most suitable candidate for taking over the business. All the way to going to college and earning her degree.Bea's first real opportunity came when Dave came back from the military permanently and got into a fight with their father. Making a deal with him that if Dave beat his burger-selling record, he'd have to support him in whatever he wanted to do with his life. Seeing the opportunity arise, as someone had to help him run a food truck, Bea jumped in on the deal. Seeing as it was her chance to finally be able to prove to her dad she could run things, while also showing support for her brother.Presently, they have been traveling all over the east coast and central parts of America for the past month and a half. Selling as many burgers as they could at any event they could get into. They were deciding where to go next during one of their pit stops in Vermont. That's when someone told Dave about Freakfest. Since it was the biggest event coming up, the two decided to attend Freakfest to beat their father's record.

MINDSCAPE
THE PLAINSTall golden blades of grain danced with the wind. The setting sun illuminated their rich color as they moved freely as pleased. The field of wheat was seemingly endless. No end to the sea of grass anywhere as far as they could see. It was peaceful despite the never-ending land. Illuminated by the bright sun. A serenity that lay over the plains. There was nowhere or why or how just peace. It was almost hypnotizing. Enticing you to stay, do not wander, do not search for more, wouldn't you rather be here where it is calm? Why go when everything you want is here?
Come, stay longer. The wind, however, pushed. It was firm but kind enough to assist in pushing past the mesmerizing whispers of the grain. Dancing through and showing the path out of the disorienting comfort. Showing it was a hill they were one and not one of an endless plain. The grass thinned below them, and there was a road that split off into many branches that lead down many paths. A heard of wild horses graining, one sticking out amongst its family, looking towards the road longingly. But all the same, wouldn't leave its family and stayed close to them. Why wander and search for more?
Why not stay? The road, however, scary as it might seem, was calling. It didn't push as the wind did. It wasn't going anywhere. Not from sight and not from the mind. It will stay patiently till the little horse was ready to venture its paths. Waiting for when it was ready to walk with the wind and explore its roads.
